Ever Heard of Editing Photos ?

I hate when there's a girl, and she's honestly a pretty girl, and there's just a REALLY bad picture of her of Facebook or something. Like, I know you have edited pictures before so..? Why not edit this one ? I just don't get it. Do you think your skin looks really pretty when it actually looks really oily in this picture. You know they have tools for that. Come on girl..
